Any individual who has completed 18 years of age intending to offer hi/her efforts for promoting the sale of the products marketed by "Way2win Marketing Pvt.Ltd" hereinafter referred as THE COMPANY may apply in a prescribed form to the company with introduction from an existing "Independent Direct Marketing Distributors".The intending individual, applying to the company and who"s offer is accepted, hereinafter referred to as DISTRIBUTOR of the company.

The distributor shall commence his/her business from the date of acceptance of his/her application by the company and his /her business promoter ship shall be valid for 12 months from the date of acceptance of his/her application.

The company does not guarantee any definite income to any Distributor. All the earnings of the Distributor shall solely depend upon his/her group formation and group purchasing

The company reserves the right to make any policy amendments from time to time in order to ensure complete compliance to its policies & procedures. The company will not allow any outside interference in this matter..

Demand draft should be in favor of "way2win marketing Pvt.Ltd." Cheques are not acceptable.

Company shall not be responsible for any delays, failure in performance due to circumstances beyond either party's control, which includes any limitation, strikes, riots, labor difficulties, war, fire, death, curtailment of party?s usual source of supply or government orders.

T.D.S. will be deducted from the commission vouchers issued to Distributors.

Products warranty and services are as provided by respective manufacturers. Prices, Brand and Models are subject to change without notice,

In case of any violations of the above rules or dispute between Distributors and the company arise it shall be referred to the sole arbitrator appointed by the company and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties to dispute .The office of the arbitrator shall be at THODUPUZHA .

Upon death of Distributor the ID shell stand transferred to the nominee mentioned in the Distributor Form who will be entitled to receive all benefits. This will be done on production of death certificate and other necessary papers being submitted to the company along with an application by the nominee.

In case of any correspondence with the company, the Distributor's should always quotehis Distributors ID Number.

Products ones sold will not be taken back or exchanged.

Confirmation as a Distributor does not create any relationship such as employer/employee, partnership, joint venture, between the Distributor and the company.

The Distributor will not have any right/authority to incur any debt/liabilities/obligations for and on behalf of the company.

The ID may be cancelled by the company on the ground of deliberate damage to the name, products, assets etc. of the company by the Distributor.

A Distributor is required to assist his/her down line Distributor.

All the matters and cases shall be subject to THODUPUZHA jurisdiction only, where the registered office of the company situated.

The Distributor shall not try to exaggerate or make false claims about the company's products or service to impress the general public and down line fellow Distributor. The Distributor shall not misguide any one regarding company's products/services.

Once the ID is cancelled, the Distributor is not allowed to use the logos or group formation or group development activity.

By signing this form, Distributor acknowledges that he/she has thoroughly read and company with the terms and conditions mentioned in the Application form and agreed the same.
